Facebook Movie Ads in US and UK can now include Premiere Reminders and Showtime Lookups.
Facebook has further developed its suite of advertising products with the launch of a couple of tools designed specifically for cinema releases on the social network. The 2 new features consist of movie reminders and showtimes.

By doing this, it can help studio increase the awareness of their upcoming releases. Moreover, it also can help user search for the films which they keen on and studio can directly approach those users.

Movie Reminder Ads
It means exactly what it says on the tin in term of publishing an ‘interested’ button on aware for upcoming films. Not only that, user can directly purchase ticket as it will redirect user to Facebook native showtime.
Movie Showtime Ads
This feature will redirect user to Facebook when user searched for movie that is already on general release. For example, without the need to set food the app, user also can book for their tickets as this feature will redirect to Facebook native portal.
Currently these new features are only available for all film studios in US and UK.
