Snapchat has added a new creative option with 3D effects that will simulate depth within your captured images.
The adding 3D camera mode enables a depth to users’ Snaps. By using it, it allow users to create Snaps that capture spatial details, changing in perspective and appearance based on how you move your phone when you view them. These new Snaps look different, act different and feel different.
Not only that, in order to maximize your 3D images, Snapchat has also added in a range of new 3D effects which users can swipe on in the filter carousel. Let us see how you can create and decorate a 3D snap .
- Update your Snapchat app
- Open to Snapchat camera
- Select the dropdown menu on the right
- Select ‘3D’ and take a selfie
- Swipe to add 3D lenses and filters for another layer of interactivity
- Now you can share to your stories, chat or save to your camera roll
With its pretty good feature, which undoubtedly prove that popular among Snapchat’s users based. Snap’s younger, more affluent user base will no doubt welcome the new addition, while for brands, it may be another way to make your Snaps stand out, particularly in the early stages, when they’re not yet commonplace.
